Embrace your Irish spirit at the 31st Annual Hilton Head Shamrock 5K Run

Join the festivities on March 14th for Hilton Head’s Running of the Green, with the 5K Run/Walk starting at 8:00 AM. The Hilton Head Shamrock Run is a long-standing tradition that promotes an active lifestyle while celebrating St. Patrick’s Day. Participants are encouraged to wear their best St. Patty’s colors and take on the challenge to “Beat the Leprechaun” for a special prize.
Awards will be given to the top three overall male and female finishers, as well as the top three in each age category. “Beat the Leprechaun.” Every runner who beats our Leprechaun ( top 50 ) to the finish line will also receive a Shamrock Run gift. We hope to see you out there, running for a great cause.

2026 COURSE – Start & Finish at Celebration Park. Exit Celebration Park through the parking lot, then make a right onto South Forest Beach Rd. Stay on South Forest Beach Rd to the bike path at Lemoyne Ave. Stay on the bike path. Right on Cardillo Parkway path, right on path near Providence church, left on South Forest Beach Rd. path, left on Deallyon Ave., right on Nassau St. into Celebration Park for the finish.
